Order Processing & Production
We work with Printify’s network of trusted print partners to fulfil all orders. Each item is made especially for you once an order is placed.
Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, and order volume, but the average production time is 2–7 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped directly from the nearest Printify fulfilment partner to your location. Delivery times depend on your destination country and the selected shipping method.

Processing & Production Time All items are made-to-order with love and care. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Total Delivery Time From order placement to delivery, please allow:
- US Orders: 6-12 business days
- International Orders: 10-26 business days
Tracking Information You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.
Multiple Items Orders with multiple products may require additional production time to ensure all items are ready together.
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, high seasonal volume, or carrier issues.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment (where available).
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Printify sets base shipping rates for each product, and our store reflects these rates as accurately as possible.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost / Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. Printify requires a waiting period depending on the destination before a replacement can be issued. We will handle the replacement request on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us with photos, and we will arrange a replacement with Printify.
